Where Orders Are Fulfilled From

We partner with fulfilment centres across the globe to keep our products available and moving quickly. Depending on stock levels, your order may be dispatched from one of these international locations — all chosen to get your delivery to you as efficiently as possible.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Here's a breakdown of what to expect after you place your order:

  • Order cutoff time: 22:00 (GMT). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day, which may extend your delivery estimate by one day.
  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time needed to pick, pack, and hand your order over to our carrier.
  • Transit time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total estimated delivery: 5–14 business days (including handling and transit).

Please keep in mind these are estimates. Occasionally, factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods may affect delivery times — these are outside our control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Costs

Every order shipped within the UK includes free shipping — no minimum spend required. For any destinations outside our standard free shipping zone, applicable shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
